The company was established in 1999 with registered capital 50 million which was previously known as Guangzhou Panyu Shenghai Ship Co., Ltd. The trading range of the company is steel shipbuilding mainly under twenty thousand tonnage for civil use. The area of the company is over one hundred thousand square meters with coastline 600 meter. There are nine building berths, six of which are building vessels over 10,000 T, and three berths could build vessels of 5000 tons.
